Amy T. Gersten

Amy joined the firm as an associate in 2025 and her practice focuses on family law matters.

Amy was born and raised in Akron, Ohio, where she graduated from Archbishop Hoban High School (2017). Amy went on to attend Baldwin Wallace University where she graduated magna cum laude (2021). She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland School of Law (2024) where she served on the Law Journal of Race, Religion, Gender & Class. During law school, Amy worked as a law clerk for the Office of the Public Defender, Post-Conviction Defenders Division where she provided services to incarcerated individuals. Following graduation, Amy clerked for the Honorable Nancy M. Purpura in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.

In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and dog, Winston.
